R/P signifies registration and practice. C signifies Competition. Medals will be awarded at the completion of events. The Banquet will take place on Saturday night. CF will be shortened by one day if 8-way speed is terminated.

Please note that the schedule is designed for flexibility in the event of bad weather. If the weather is good, events will proceed in the customary fashion: all of 4-way FS before 8-way FS, and so on. In the event weather is good, registration for events will not close until the evening prior to the start of the event. To allow for the possibility of bad weather, competitors must be in place throughout the posted days of their events, but will be able to practice up until the draw if they are only entered in one event.
For example, if a team is entered only in 8-way FS, they can postpone registration while 4-way competes.
Somehow a rumor has started that we will be running more than one event within a discipline simultaneously. This is not true.

Costs
- Every competitor or alternate pays a general registration fee of $50 for facilities, banquet, shirt, etc.
- Videographers are considered competitors.
After that, cost is entry fee per event, plus jumps.
Jump costs are based on a fuel cost of less than $3.00 per gallon. In the event that fuel prices continue rise above that point, our bid allows us to raise jump costs in proportion.

PLEASE NOTE:
At the time of our original bid, fuel was about $2.65 and rising slowly, and the price of a jump from 13,000 was $21.50. As of June 08, it is above $4.70 and rising quickly. In keeping with the provision above, we have raised our jump prices to reflect fuel costs. Currently (June 08)
our list price for 13,000 is $25.50. Lower exits will be up in proportion – roughly four dollars
more than the price originally in the bid, shown below. While we hope prices will not increase further, the jump price will continue to reflect current fuel prices when October comes.
